Warriors have announced contingency plans for customers who have purchased tickets for non-Gallagher Premiership rugby events at Sixways Stadium that have been postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic to claim or donate a refund.
The events that have been affected are the Take That Tribute Night, Sixways 7s, Warriors Community Foundation Fight Night and the Evening of Abba.
All tickets already purchased for the above events will automatically be transferred to the new dates arranged for each event.
Currently each event is postponed and awaiting confirmation of the new date. Once the new date has been announced, purchasers will then be able to choose how they wish to proceed and should they not be able to attend the re-arranged date they can then decide which of the three options available they would like to take.
The three options are:
• Option One: Support the club
Ticket purchasers will have the option to donate their refund amount to support the club going forward and help Warriors through a challenging period when our revenue streams have been badly affected by the Coronavirus lockdown.
• Option Two: On Account balance
Ticket purchasers will be able to put their rebate On Account and use that sum to purchase tickets or buy food, drink and merchandise when Sixways re-opens.
• Option Three: Refund
Ticket purchasers will be entitled to a refund of the price of the ticket(s) purchased for a cancelled event.
